Return Policy - There will be no returns/refunds one purchase has been made and shipped out.
Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy - Shipping is via Singapore Post. If needed, itesm will be wrapped to prevent spoilage and this can be done at extra charges of SGD$1.
I am not responsible for any loss/damage in the process of shipping but will try my best to get your items to you in perfect condition.
Items will be shipped out within 2 days of payment or as soon as possible.
Payment - Payment is requested within 24 hours of purchasing.
Custom Orders - Custom orders are always welcome. Please email me and I will work with you on your design and offer you a quote. I request a minimum 10% down prior to beginning work.
On completion, I will email you photos of the completed piece and the remainder of the balance must be paid prior to shipping.
